Every frequency has a function.
It's not about "high frequency is good", or "low frequency is bad".

900 MHz was a freq for cordless phones. It is now being used for water meters.
Smart Meter devices emitting RF microwave energy may transmit into the home and adversely affect health & safety. There are no legitimate studies that prove these device are “safe” and will not harm one’s health. There are numerous studies that demonstrate the adverse health effects of microwave radiation in this freq range.

These devices generally transmit 902-928 MHz microwave energy at 1/10 watt every 15 seconds.
Meanwhile they are only read every 3 months. This equates to over half a million discharges of microwave energy that are transmitted through the air and retained in the water that passes through the field as well as transmitted on the pies throughout the structure. 80 mw per square meter are general output readings for most devices.

Microwave energy in the 900 MHz - 2.4 GHz range is shown to disrupt the hydrogen bonds [Van der Waals bonds: an extremely weak electromagnetic force that helps hold the DNA double helix together.] Breakage of the hydrogen bonds may cause changes in DNA that can lead to cancer and other adverse health effects.

In general, long-term exposure of whole body or isolated immune cells to 900 MHz radiation may alter cytokine expression profile, growth rate, and other functions of the cells. Oxidative stress is another mechanism of action of 900 MHz radiation on whole body and on isolated immune cells.

The Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) emitted by devices at 900 MHz has the potential to heat up human tissue. Studies have shown that, chronic prenatal exposure to 900 MHz EMF caused pyramidal cell loss in the hippocampus of new-born rats.

Blood-brain barrier: EMFs can cause the blood-brain barrier to be breached, allowing toxins to enter the brain. Toxin entry is thought to be partially responsible for Alzheimer’s, dementia, and Parkinson’s.

Energy is retained in water. So when you bathe with that water, or if you cook with it, or drink it, your body will absorb that microwave radiation, at that frequency. The pipes it connects to are energized as well and that can be transmitted through out the house acting as an antenna.

37.5 GHz is Starlink. I have been unable to find any significant research on the cause/effect relationship of this freq. I find that very odd... Considering Elon Musk's satellite array is radiating us all with this freq as they passover...

This NEXRAD feed demonstrates that we are being pulsed with MEGA microwaves all across the nation. It also appears to capture some laser bursts.
