I watched three different camera angles, he takes his phone intentionally tries to scam the officers radio which is a technique called skimming that is said to be in the antifa playbook. He definitely provoked the officers and was acting confrontational.


They lightly pushed him and he fell wildly backwards like a cartoon character the sound you hear was the helmet hitting the ground not his head.

I'm wondering, why would an experienced photojournalist miss the most important part of the shot like that?
The fact that we don't see impact is lending to a discussion of this event being staged...
When the camera finally pans over his head is 2 inches above the ground.

In the clip, Gugino can be seen arguing with a group of protesters before the man recording the video asks one of the protesters, an African American male wearing a hat, what's going on. "This dude right here, he just started asking questions and he said he came down here for fun," the man answers. "What the f—k is fun about this s—t?".
"I don't see no f-----g grill, I don't see no music, I don't see no dancing," the man says before pointing out that the 75-year-old is "looking to get punched in the face." The video concludes with a blonde woman arguing with Gugino.
"He was literally called out by peaceful protesters for being there yesterday," wrote Twitter user Rachel Danielle alongside the video. "He's a professional "protester" who does this to start nonsense. I wouldn't side with him on this one".

One may assume because they felt it was handled unfairly.
The officers barely touched him and yet he fell wildly backwards, like a cartoon character, out of frame of the camera? We hear the helmet smack the ground, NOT his head.
They pushed him back after he made gestures towards them. He was acting confrontational. He places his phone 3x near the officers pack. Some say he was trying to skim his phone/radio?

I don’t have access to the information one needs to conclude the reality here, but I certainly think there is grounds for an investigation and I hope the officers are allowed that opportunity.

If this was staged I don’t suspect they were a part of it. Their reactions seem natural, not contrived.  With the exception of the one guy in back without the State Police logo. He’s watching the camera and pointing out the location. When the man falls he glances at the camera and back to the man. He does NOT look surprised like the others. He has his face shield up to see better. Most everyone else has their shield down. 







But this could simply indicate he was being aware of the environment and suspicious of the individual.
I think the cops were set up by an agent provocateur. The police barely touched him and yet he fell wildly backwards, like a cartoon character, out of frame of the camera? And the journalist and photographer were photographed earlier hanging out together.
He just happened to be in place, in frame and focus for the event, yet failed to follow the subject and record the most important part?

I took an interest in this event pondering how an experienced, pro journalist was already fixed in position and in focus on this old man yet failed to capture his actual fall in frame? Any pro knows how to follow/lead a subject, yet he failed? Miserably at that.

He was seen holding a pro camera earlier, yet filmed this on his cell phone?

Without this key shot of impact, it's really inconclusive to whether he hit his head or not.
